Paul Dixon of Thurlestone Gardens, Whitley, Wasim Razaq of Avon Place, Newtown, and Christopher Hester of Edgehill Street, Katesgrove, all admitted charges under the Social Security Administration Act 1992 at Reading Magistrates’ Court last month.
Dixon failed to tell the council he was working and was overpaid Job Seekers Allowance of £1,867.79 and council tax benefit of £150.17. He received a 12-month conditional discharge.
Razaq failed to tell the council he had stopped getting Department of Work and Pension benefits and had started full-time employment. Read More:
