Landlords Advice Line are not required to be regulated by the law society as we do not call ourselves or purport to be solicitors. We will perform our obligations with reasonable skill and care. The company will use its own discretion and powers upon receiving a prospective clients instruction in order to accept the service arrangement. Landlords Advice Line is intended to assist landlords with problem tenants.

Any data, marketing material, or written advice should be only treated as advice. Landlords Advice Line will not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions therein. We accept no responsibility to third parties for any aspect of our services.

We may obtain, use, process and disclose personal data about a landlord and or a tenant in order that we may discharge the service agreed. All data will be held for the purpose of the data protection act 1998.

Internet communications are capable of data corruption and therefore we do not accept any responsibility for changes made to such communications after their despatch. It may therefore be inappropriate to rely on advice contained in an email without obtaining written confirmation of it. We do not accept responsibility for any errors or problems that may arise through the use of internet communication and all risks connected with sending commercially sensitive information relating to business.
